Ms. Yaqi Tan has broad experience in the areas of foreign-related trademark practice, mainly responsible for trademark protection for Chinese companies in North America, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania and other regions, handling thousands of trademark prosecution and enforcement, including trademark application, review application, opposition, invalidation, cancellation, negotiation, trademark administrative and infringement litigation. Based on Chinese trademark law and practice, Ms. Tan focuses on the difference between the foreign law and Chinese law in trademark field, providing the specialized opinion and suggestion in accordance with the local trademark practice for Chinese companies.
