Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) has recently announced the ranking of PCT applications filing amount law firms in China, for all PCT applications filed between July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008, which 30 months’ deadlines fall within January 2010 to December 2010, and are already publicized, Unitalen ranked No.1 among all Chinese agencies with 717 applications filed.

As one of the authoritative global IP journals, MIP conducted the PCT applications rankings, based on the patent filing data provided by WIPO, of the Top 10 PCT filing law firms in 14 major IP markets, including China. Unitalen has been the Chinese law firm with highest PCT applications filed for two consecutive years.
